Males: chest, abdomen, thigh. Females: tricep, suprailiac, thigh. Body density calculated from sum of skinfolds and age. Body fat from Siri equation: %BF = (495/BD) − 450. Accuracy ±3.5% compared to DEXA. Take measurements on the right side, average 2–3 readings per site.
