Triage and survival probability from field assessment.
T-RTS (triage) = simple sum of coded GCS + SBP + RR (0–12). T-RTS ≤ 11 suggests need for trauma center. Weighted RTS uses coefficients: 0.9368×GCS + 0.7326×SBP + 0.2908×RR. RTS is used in the TRISS methodology to predict survival. GCS has the highest weight, reflecting the importance of neurological status.
