Risk stratification for mantle cell lymphoma.
The MIPI uses age, ECOG performance status, LDH ratio, and WBC count. Low-risk (MIPI < 5.7): median OS not reached. Intermediate (5.7–6.2): ~51 months. High-risk (> 6.2): ~29 months. MIPI helps guide treatment intensity in mantle cell lymphoma and is recommended by NCCN guidelines.
