Absolute Lymphocyte Count Calculator

Calculate ALC from CBC results.

Absolute Lymphocyte Count

ALC = WBC × (Lymphocyte% / 100). Normal range is 1.0–4.0 ×10³/µL in adults. Lymphopenia (<1.0) may indicate immunosuppression, HIV, or severe infection. Lymphocytosis (>4.0) can occur with viral infections, CLL, or stress. ALC is used in prognostic scoring for lymphomas and as an immune function marker.
