Weight-based acetaminophen dosing for infants and toddlers.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is dosed at 10–15 mg/kg per dose every 4–6 hours, not exceeding 75 mg/kg/day. Always use the syringe provided with infant formulations. Do not give to infants under 3 months without a doctor's guidance. This calculator uses the standard 15 mg/kg dose for fever and pain relief.
