Implantation typically occurs 6–12 days post-ovulation (DPO), with the most common window being 8–10 DPO. After implantation, hCG production begins, and a home pregnancy test may detect pregnancy about 14 DPO. If using LMP, ovulation is estimated at day 14 of a standard 28-day cycle.
