Cross Exchange Rate Calculator

Calculate the exchange rate between two currencies using their rates against a common base (USD).

e.g., EUR/USD = 0.92
e.g., GBP/USD = 0.79
Formula:
Cross Rate (A/B) = Rate A / Rate B
Cross Rate (B/A) = Rate B / Rate A
If A/USD = 0.92, B/USD = 0.79 → A/B = 0.92/0.79 = 1.1646

What is a Cross Exchange Rate?

A cross rate is the exchange rate between two currencies, neither of which is USD. Since most forex pairs are quoted against USD, cross rates are derived by dividing two USD rates.
