CLTV Calculator (Combined Loan-to-Value)

Calculate your CLTV ratio when you have multiple loans against your property.

Formulas:
LTV = First Mortgage / Property Value × 100
CLTV = (All Loans Combined) / Property Value × 100
Equity = Property Value − Total Loans

What is CLTV?

Combined Loan-to-Value (CLTV) considers ALL loans secured by a property, not just the first mortgage. Lenders use CLTV to assess risk when you apply for a HELOC, second mortgage, or cash-out refinance.
